You may submit an application by faxing to 760-952-1461 or by dropping it at our office. We are located across the street from the main hospital in the White Dove Professional Building, 15203 Eleventh Street, Suite F, Victorville, CA 92395. Our hours are 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Please note that ALL resume submissions MUST have an application with them or your submission will not be considered. Additionally, we ONLY accept applications for positions currently posted.
