As part of Victor Valley Community Hospital’s commitment to provide the highest possible quality patient care through the latest use of technologies, its Women’s Health Center opened in February 2003.
An embodiment of the hospital’s vision of improving the health of the Victor Valley and High Desert by being this community’s facility of choice for delivery of its rapidly-growing health care needs, the Women’s Health Center was the first facility in the High Desert to introduce certain advanced technological services.
The office is truly a one-stop preventative diagnostic imaging center, with state-of-the-art examination equipment by such manufacturers as Instrumentarium, Delphi and Toshiba.
Women’s needs for mammogram, bone density scan and ultrasound services are particularly well-addressed.
The quiet, warm, comfortable pre-exam environment of Victor Valley Community Hospital’s Women’s Health Center office helps to relax the patient for examinations that can often be stressful, sensitive and uncomfortable experiences. Our goal is to continually assess and meet the healthcare needs of the community we serve.
