Childbirth Preparation Classes
Victor Valley Community Hospital offers a six-week Lamaze course which will educate and prepare you for the childbirth experience. The best time to take this class is in your sixth month of pregnancy. You will practice breathing techniques and other coping skills to use during childbirth. You will learn about the birthing process, choices during birth, medication, and physical recovery after delivery for you and your baby.
Classes fill up fast so sign up early.
